Now running pilots in Türkiye

Every expert,available to everyone.

Hypha turns your senior experts into AI twins anyone in the company can ask, built from interviews, documents and meetings and kept accurate by the experts themselves.

  • Designed for KVKK and GDPR

The problem

Your company runs on what a few people know.

  • It lives in one head.

Which supplier always ships late in December. Why that clause is in the contract. How site handover really works. None of it is written down, and the documents that exist are out of date.

  • That head is interrupted all day.

The same questions arrive on Teams, by phone and at the desk. Each takes two minutes to answer and far longer to get back into real work. Meanwhile the person who asked is waiting.

  • Then they leave.

A retirement, a promotion, a resignation. The knowledge goes with them, and the replacement spends months relearning it one mistake at a time.

How it works

From one expert's head to an answer anyone can trust.

  1. 01

    Capture

A 20 to 30 minute AI interview with role-specific questions draws out what the expert knows but never wrote down. Their documents and meetings fill in the rest.

    Interview · documents · meetings

  2. 02

    Twin

Hypha builds a twin organized around that person: the topics they own, how they make calls, and where each piece of knowledge came from.

    One twin per expert

  3. 03

    Ask

Colleagues with permission ask the twin and get an answer straight away, with the meeting or document it came from.

    Answer + sources

  4. 04

    Verify

The expert sees what their twin is asked, approves or corrects the answers, and verified answers carry their name.

    Verified by the expert

Grow

Questions the twin couldn't answer go onto the expert's weekly list of five. They answer, the gap closes, and the twin keeps getting better.

Ask the person. Get the answer, the source and the sign-off.

A site engineer asks Ayşe's twin about a subcontractor delay. The answer shows where it came from, and Ayşe has already confirmed it.

What's our standard approach when a subcontractor misses a milestone?

Ayşe K.'s twin

We don't go straight to penalties. The usual sequence is:

  1. 1.Within 48 hours, send a written delay notice that cites the milestone in the subcontract schedule.
  2. 2.Ask for a recovery plan within 5 working days and review it at the next site meeting.
  3. 3.Hold retention on the next progress payment only if the recovery plan also slips.

If the delay touches the critical path, tell the client's PM that week. Don't wait for the monthly report.

What's inside

Organized around people. Kept accurate by them.

  • AI knowledge interview

Role-specific interviews that capture what experts know but never wrote down. A procurement lead gets different questions than a site engineer.

  • Knowledge map

See what each twin knows and where it's thin, with a coverage score per topic. You can see which knowledge is at risk before it's gone.

  • Expert verification

Experts approve or correct answers with one click. Verified answers carry their name, and every correction makes the twin more accurate.

  • Gap detection

Questions the twin couldn't answer become a weekly list of five for the expert. A few minutes a week, and the gaps close.

  • “Who knows?” search

Type a topic and see which experts' twins can answer it, and how well.

  • Per-asker permissions

What a twin shares depends on who's asking. The expert decides what's shareable.

  • Meetings

Twins learn from Teams, Zoom and Google Meet calls, and can stand in when the expert can't attend.

  • Handover mode

A focused 2 to 4 week capture before someone leaves, so the role's knowledge stays.

Meetings

It also shows up to your meetings.

A lot of knowledge is said once in a meeting and then lost. With the expert's permission, their twin can sit in, learn, and stand in when they can't make it.

  • Listens to learn

The twin joins calls and turns decisions and explanations into knowledge, linked back to the meeting they came from.

  • Answers in the chat

When the expert can't attend, the twin can join and answer questions in the meeting chat, with sources.

  • Never commits on its own

Asked to agree to a date, a price or a change, the twin sends the request to the expert for approval.

Can we push the Gebze delivery to the 14th?

Ayşe has accepted one-week shifts with this supplier when the site wasn't ready (site meeting, 12 Sep). I can't confirm a new date for her, so I've sent it to her.

Handover mode

People move on.Their knowledge stays.

Retirements are announced months ahead. Resignations give you a few weeks. Handover mode turns that time into a focused capture, so the next person starts with answers instead of a blank page.

  1. Weeks 1–4

    Intensive capture

Short daily interviews across every topic on the knowledge map, plus documents and recent meetings.

  2. Last day

    Personal data removed

The twin's persona and the expert's personal details are deleted.

  3. After

    Role knowledge stays

What the role needs stays with the company, anonymized. The successor can ask it from day one.

Trust and control

The expert stays in charge of their twin.

How your company works is sensitive knowledge. Hypha keeps the people it comes from, and the company that owns it, in control.

  • Experts see every question

Each expert sees their twin's full query history: who asked what, and what it answered.

  • Experts decide what's shared

Sharing rules per topic and per asker. Some answers are for the whole team, some only for managers.

  • Not used to train AI models

Your data is used to run your twins. It is never used to train AI models.

  • Hosted in the EU

Customer data is stored and processed in the EU region.

  • Delete on request

Remove a document, a twin or your whole account at any time.

  • Designed for KVKK and GDPR

Consent, data minimization and deletion are part of how twins are created and retired.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask us.

How long does it take to create a twin?

The first interview takes 20 to 30 minutes. Add the documents the expert already has and the twin can start answering the same week. It keeps improving as the expert verifies answers and clears their weekly list.

Does the twin replace the expert?

No. It takes the repeat questions so the expert has time for the work only they can do. The expert reviews what their twin says, and anything that needs a decision goes back to them.

Who can see what?

Experts and admins set sharing rules per topic and per role. A twin might explain the supplier process to everyone but share pricing only with procurement. Experts see every question their twin receives.

Is our data used to train AI models?

No. Your data is used only to run your twins. It is not used to train AI models.

Where is our data stored?

In the EU region. You can delete any document, any twin or your whole account at any time. Hypha is designed for KVKK and GDPR.

What happens when someone leaves?

Use Handover mode for a focused 2 to 4 week capture before their last day. Afterwards their personal persona data is deleted and the role knowledge stays with the company, anonymized.

Which meeting tools are supported?

Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Google Meet. A twin only joins meetings its expert has allowed.

Does it work in Turkish?

Yes. Interviews, answers and the interface work in Turkish and English, and a twin can answer in either language whatever the language of its sources.
